Darien Sears, Founder and CEO of Armored & Anchored LLC, is the people’s champion. She is a high-performance coach, MIT-trained strategist, and U.S. Naval Officer with over a decade of leadership experience. A former Division I tennis captain, she combines elite fitness training, systems thinking, and faith-rooted leadership to help individuals and teams lead with strength, endurance, and clarity.
